I am a creative thinker with a mission. Industrial engineering, international cooperation, and web development have shaped my desire to make a difference. I founded CollabMachine to introduce something new to the world. It simplifies the connection between talents and hiring organizations. By organizing them into a trust-based local network, we foster new ideas and help people get closer to their ambitions.

Starting a business or deploying a mindblowing idea is, by definition, a great challenge. No need to count the blind spots, they're too many.
Bottom line:
- we know what we know
- we might know what we don't know....
- but we don't really know what we don't know.
The mentor is a good tool to navigate the challenge by highlighting the unknown, could be a fog dissipator.
Mentorship is creating great effects on both the mentee and the mentor ... a well known fact. The good mentor is taking notes too!

Mentorship is important during the validation stage because the mentor provides "the lens." An inexperienced entrepreneur may want to know if their idea is viable, but how can they find out? Where should they go? What questions should they ask? The mentor can offer valuable insights. The new entrepreneur might struggle to interpret market signals, while the mentor may have the experience needed to understand the data.
